Shane Wighton is the creative and engineering mind behind the popular YouTube channel, Stuff Made Here. Since 2020, Wighton has dedicated himself to building complex machines in hopes of exposing a mass audience to the joy of engineering.

In 2024, Wighton was awarded an IMI Award and a $50,000 prize for his video, “A simple human task that's insanely hard for a robot.”
